The machine is aimed to produce shaped, grooved and flat-burred pins, which can be used in the field of the gold manufacturing industry
mainly for earrings’ clasps..

CHARACTERISTICS

This machine begins the cyclic processing sequence with the metal wire being fed into the unit through
an automatic feeding system. The wire is then shaped by a pair of hammers, cut, and finally the finished product is automatically unloaded.
Four different versions of the machine are available, supplied according to your specific requirements for the characteristics of the final pin:

1. Machine for pins with 1 or 2 grooves;
2. Machine for threaded pins;
3. Machine for pins with 1 or 2 grooves or threaded;
4. Machine for pins with 1 or 2 grooves and with flat base (both types can be produced with the same accessorized and customized machine).

A punching device is also installed on this machine in order to put the trademark stamp on each pin.
Thanks to the integrated PLC software, the machine allows for an easy and quick change of working parameters. The machine is also supplied by pieces automatic counter.

METHOD OF USE

Main 220V power supply+Air compress.

MAINTENANCE:

Clean the hammers that impact on the wire with detergent.
