This machine allows you to make tips for wires and tubes.

CHARACTERISTICS

The rotating head equipped with a couple of tools, called hammers, contoured at the required measure they have the purpose of pounding each other, contouring the wire to the desired shape.
It is advisable to prepare all of the semi-finished products on the same length in order for the final result to remain the same for all of them, afterward insert manually the semi-finished product into the specific slot pushing the wire until making the required shape.
In case of wire measure change, the machine
needs the couple of “hammers” to be replaced.
The standard version can contour wires from a minimum of diameter of 0,30 mm to a maximum of 2,5 mm.
