RECOMMENDED USE

The system is very useful for low production of hollow tube; this thin plate can be of different thickness, depending on the weight you want to obtain.

CHARACTERISTICS

This tooling is made by a small press (torchietto) with which you obtain housings for gold platein the support; a die for shaping gold plate, and a system to stuck support and gold together. Depending on dimensions of the product, you may change only the die.

WHERE TO USE IT

With a hydraulic bench you will obtain your product with few passages:

• With the small press you obtain housings in support
• With the die you theshape gold plate
• You put gold plate and support togheter in the stucking

The result is a quadrangular tube, so that the cut remains always in the same position while you work it to take out wire, and you will not see anything in your chain links. This cut will even be useful to take out support with an acid solution.

MAINTENANCE

You should take care of conditions of turkish head and of the rolls in the small press depending on the kind of produciton you are making an keep.
