Useful for reliable long lasting triangular, square, rectangular and hexagonal section tubes, particularly if designed ones are needed.

CHARACTERISTICS

This tooling is useful for big productions of tube or wire if a set of widia roll is mounted, because of their good surface finishing and their reliability. With the same tooling, changing rolls and registering, it is possible to obtain every needed size of tube.

WHERE TO USE IT

It can be mounted in a hidraulic bench or other apposite machinery for continuous production.

MAINTENANCE

When surfaces of rolls are signed, they can  be take out of the tooling and polished a lot of times, because the correct size is given by rigistration of interaxes.
