It is useful for medium and large production of tube of different section and shape, with drawings in a lucid or raw surface.

CHARACTERISTICS

These are high quality tempered steel cylinders worked out by numeric control centers  to  give  the right section and shape of tube you need to produce. When you need to make half oval  or half section plates a shaped roll and a lucid one are enough, while in other cases you can use two different rolls (both of them shaped), with housings to keep them in line. There are a lot of design and surface finishing in our catalogue, but remember that we can make rolls from a simple drawing of yours.

WHERE TO USE IT

You place the rolls in a laminating machine, then you put the tube (round or elliptical section, depending on output needed) between them, taking out the correct result.

MAINTENANCE

No particular maintenance needed; always keep surfaces clean.
