This machine has inside two small spare parts in iron with widia or diamond pin rotating one against the other and impressing a particular effect on the wire. It is possibile to change the effect on the wire by changing the shape of the pin or progression speed of the wire. In the version PLC controlled it is possibile to obtain other effect like torcion or shining alternate to design. It is possibile to use round, half round and square wire starting from 0.5 mm to 4 mm.
The machine is suggested to designe solid or empty wire with diamantato or martellato effect. The wire produced with this method can be then used for the production of chains manufactured by hands or by machine.
