This is a machine equipped with a PLC that steers a special system for wire-bending and wire-feeding, thus allowing to make individually tailored springs which vary in length and in the number of spirals. The machine is able to process a minimum wire diameter of 0,25 mm. Many different materials can be used: stainless steel, brass, silver, etc. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic cutting tool that allows cutting every single detail.
This machine can create dozens of different springs, tailored to customers’ needs.
