The machine is equipped with three Servo Engines controlled by the PLC on the edge of the machine. The winding engine is synchronized with the twisting engine of the wire/tube. Each time the winding engine makes a rotation you can select with the PLC the number of rotations you want the wire/tube to make. This system allows to create several twists on the wire/tube, in addition the PLC system allows to alternate linear sections and turned sections, with the possibility to change the direction of rotation. The machine does not require specific equipment since the one already used for the standard operations can be reused.
This machinery allows wires/tubes of different sections to be automatically wound in the most common shapes, thereby reducing normal production time.
