Using the specific wire collection reel, the machine is able to distribute the wire, in the right way, into the roll placed in front of it. By the use of PLC we can control the meters of wire distributed in the collection roll. Moreover, thanks to the suitable speed controls we are able to find the collection speed according to the diameter of the wire installed in the machine.
This machine allows to position the wire correctly in different wire collection rolls, which can be used in several working process like the machine-chain production.
