The machinery differs from normal commercial machines because equipped with a specifically patented special expulsion system which offers the operator many advantages, especially when using oval or rectangular wires/tubes. This system allows for much more consistent production by reducing normal productions times and also eliminating some standard stages of production such as spiral annealing, without regard for the non wear of special equipment. Lastly, the machine is equipped with PLC that provides the operator with a counter for complete control over daily productivity.
This machinery allows wires/tubes of different sections to be automatically wound in the most common shapes, thereby reducing normal production time.
