The system is composed by a series of rollers which are used to transform a flat plate into a round one. In the meantime a section wire is inserted into the tube to fill the internal void through a special rail inside the machine. The tube diameter is determinate by the size of the rollers. Once the round section tube is completed it will pass through another rail to correctly position the tube for the welding phase (TIG) during which the extremities will melt together.
This machine is able to automatically produce a welded tube with an aluminum/iron/copper core. The tube is used in the production of jewelry chords-chains, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
