The tube is feeded into the cutting area by means 2 couple of rollers, which have the function determine the length previously set from PLC. The cutting group has the function of cuts with extreme precision, thanks to a pneumatic clamp, ensures the perfect quality in terms of cutting. By using the PLC we can set up an exact amount of pieces, also to speed management we can optimize production times.
The cutting saw machine has the function of cut various profile of tube with different lengths and different corner with an automatic production.
