ANNEALING FURNACE

Characteristics

The furnace is made entirely of stainless steel, with a double-layer main chamber. The temperature can be adjusted quickly and accurately thanks to a phase-controlled system with thyristors and 30 programmable levels. The maximum temperature of the furnace is 900°C. A water-cooling system is installed near the furnace outlet, allowing an immediate temperature reduction of the annealed objects when needed. A gas inlet slot is located on the side of the furnace, and it supports the use of gases such as Nitrogen and Hydrogen, which help maintain the natural color of the processed metal. It is also possible to export the settings saved in the software memory by inserting a USB flash drive. This allows you to keep fixed reference points (in terms of temperature and material type) for all future processing and annealing operations.

Recommended use

This machine allows the annealing and softening of precious and non-precious metals, and is essential for achieving better processing of the required goldsmithing and jewelry items.
