Through the bending angle of the wire and the perfect synchronization of the wire-feeding speed, it is possible to create different patterns of small balls, ovals, barrels and other shapes by simply adjusting the settings of the machine’s special software. This machine is able to process a minimum wire diameter of 0,4 mm. The maximum diameter that can be obtained is 8 mm. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic cutting tool that allows choosing the number of details to be produced.
The use of this machine is recommended anytime you wish to obtain details made of wire spirals of different lengths and shapes.
