By means of a pair of steel rollers, the sheet is mechanically deformed, transforming the flat section into a “U” shape. Each plate size requires a specific pair of rollers as well as plate thickness change. An automatic winding system is mounted at the exit of the rollers which allows the profile not to intertwine.
The machine realizes a specific metal strip in “U” profile to be used in the Tube Gas products.
