Through a pair of steel rollers, the iron or copper wire is mechanically deformed, transforming the section of the wire from round to a special profile required in the winding machine. The rollers have an oil cooling system as well as the bushings of the movement shafts. Normally the recommended wire size is 5 mm and 8 mm.
The machine realizes a specific metal wire to be used on the hollow wire machine.
