RECOMMENDED USE

This machine is able to automatically and continuously deform beads and “balls” for necklaces, bracelets, etc…
The resulting shapes are defined by the small customized stamping dies installed into the machine.
The beads that can be worked by the machine can be without holes, with 1 hole or 2 holes side-to-side.

CHARACTERISTICS

The machine consists of a container of raw beads, connected through a dedicated guide to a vacuum loading system. This system picks up
individual beads and automatically positions them at the center of the two stamps dies, which will only close once the machine detects their perfect alignment with the bead to be deformed/shaped.
In addition, the machine is equipped with a selfcorrecting system that, in case the vacuum pickup is unsuccessful, automatically reinserts the
initially discarded beads back into the work cycle.

MAINTENANCE

Clean stamping dies with a detergent oil.
