CHARACTERISTICS

The mechanical working system allows a wide variety of hammering operations on linear chains.
Setup and replacement of tooling and supports are extremely simple thanks to the full control provided by the PLC software, which also regulates the hammering height.
The main feature that distinguishes our machine from traditional hammering systems is the complete management of the working cycles and hammer adjustments via PLC control.
The electronic system governs all hammer movements, allowing the operator to achieve maximum precision in the initial hammering position.
These positions can be stored as individual programs within the PLC memory, ensuring repeatability and process reliability.
The wide working area allows easy positioning and setup of specific tooling and hammering supports.
Our automatic hammering machine is also equipped with a key accessory designed to tension the chain during operation, making the entire
working cycle fully automated.

MAINTENANCE

Periodic cleaning of the hammer, tooling, and
working area is recommended.
