Founded by Alessandro Donati, Zone Creative originally established its expertise in the technical design of luxury fashion accessories and precision metal components for internationally renowned Italian brands. Over the years, this deep foundational knowledge of intricate metalwork catalyzed a strategic evolution. By aggressively expanding our mechanical engineering capabilities, we transitioned into a specialized technology provider for the industrial jewelry sector.

Operating out of Arezzo, Italy, a world-renowned hub for precious metal processing, we combine the heritage of Italian manufacturing excellence with cutting-edge industrial automation. Our core production includes advanced chain-making systems, coiling and winding machines, and highly specialized molds designed to maximize operational yield and ensure micrometric accuracy.

1992
Founded by Luciano Donati, SA.DO. developed extensive industry expertise, combining a strong foundation in visual design with advanced engineering capabilities. This blend of creativity and technical know-how laid the groundwork for integrated, innovative solutions—and ultimately gave rise to Zone Creative.
2007
Zone Creative grew out of the family business, SA.DO., following the arrival of Luciano Donati’s son, Alessandro. Building on this legacy, the company has developed specialized engineering expertise in the design and manufacture of machinery for the jewelry industry, combining technical precision with a forward-looking approach to innovation.
2014
The exceptional quality of our facilities has enabled us to partner with leading luxury brands. As part of this evolution, LAB51 became the finishing division of the ZC Group. To support our continued global expansion, we established a creative lab in Istanbul—a strategic hub connecting us with international markets.
