Through an automatic system the machine has the functionality to cut the chain depending on the required length and with a shear cutting unit, with a perfect and precise cut. Through the use of its PLC we can select the height of the cut in MM, the quantity of the pieces and the production speed. The same machine has an optic fiber option which allows you to count the links, in case we want to cut the chain in number of meshes. Each size and type of chain requires a specific equipment to be setted on the machinery. The smallest thread size that can work is 0,25 mm, in any case we can adapt the machine to specific production needs.
This machine allows to cut chain in various lengths, depending on the settings set in the PLC.
